Where is ND Energy? A Special Event for First-Year Students
Faculty Host: Center for Sustainable Energy at Notre Dame
During ND Energy’s 10th Annual Energy Week, October 2-7, there will be a special event just for first-year undergraduate students.
Because of the growing interest in the energy future and the desire for coursework that is cross-curricular, the Center for Sustainable Energy at Notre Dame (ND Energy) wants everyone on campus, especially our newest students, to know about our Energy Studies Minor, Student Energy Board, and opportunities to get involved in working with K-12 students.
Drop by their office on Monday, October 3, or Tuesday, October 4, between 10 am and 2 pm, sign up for their mailing list and pick up a prize! All first-year student participants will be entered into a drawing to win one of their featured prizes: a solar-powered bank, a solar-powered LED rope, or a solar-powered backpack.
ND Energy manages the Energy Studies Minor, which combines energy-related classes from all of the colleges, and the Student Energy Board, which helps organize Energy Week and many other events on and off campus.
